Apogee is seeking a
Joint Training Operations Planner in support of the United States Space Command's (USSPACECOM) Operations Branch (J3) at
Peterson SFB, CO.
The USSPACECOM mission is to deter aggression and conflict, defend U.S. and allied freedom of action, deliver space combat power for the Joint/Combined force, and develop joint warfighters to advance U.S. and allied interests in, from, and through the space domain. USSPACECOM has multiple annual exercises, where contractor support is required to meet 24/7 exercise operations to support the planning and execution of Joint Staff and USSPACECOM exercises and war games. Planning is in accordance with Joint Publication 5-0 and the Joint Planning Process. Exercise execution may require travel and extended workdays up to 12-hour shifts and weekends for a duration of 5-14 consecutive days. Why work with us?

What you will be doing:
Minimum Requirements
Citizenship: US Citizenship required
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a TS/SCI US security clearance
Education: Bachelor's degree
Years of Experience: 12+ years of relevant experience in joint exercise planning, developing training resources and material, maintaining logs of training events and integration into the Joint Training System JTS, supporting, engaging, and interacting with other departments to coordinate training events for participants
Preferred Requirements
Clearance: Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph
Certification: Joint Qualified
Education: Master's degree
Years of Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in joint exercise planning, developing training resources and material, maintaining logs of training events and integration into the Joint Training System JTS, supporting, engaging, and interacting with other departments to coordinate training events for participants
