Overview: The Project Associate will work as part of the New York Center for Rare Diseases (NYCRD) at Montefiore-Einstein. They will have overall administrative responsibility for the NYRCD's activities, including managing meetings, budgets, website content updates, project timelines, a REDCap database tracking patient referrals and outcomes, assisting new patients getting appointments in rare disease clinics or with clinicians specializing in rare diseases, providing quantitative reports to NYCRD leadership, preparing presentations, contributing to social media visibility, and interacting with industry and philanthropy partners. They will work with the rare disease data scientists, the clinical team, and the laboratory technician to document progress towards Center goals. They will liaise with Montefiore Einstein financial personnel, and the Development and Marketing offices. The position requires being on-site but with flexibility to build a hybrid model once the NYCRD infrastructure is developed. Requirements
