Location: Hybrid (Local to NYC area)

Position Summary:

As a member of the Enterprise Solutions team, you will play a critical role in contributing to the success of Capital Rx's customers leveraging JUDI, our Enterprise Health Platform, to service their own pharmacy administrative needs. This customer-facing role will be responsible for planning, implementing, and facilitating training programs for Software as a Service (SaaS) users of JUDI both virtually and in-person. This person will be expected to maintain an in-depth understanding of the evolving capabilities of JUDI. Exceptional communication, service skills, and attention to detail are critical for communicating with and training customers in a manner that facilitates their ability to successfully utilize JUDI for support of their own pharmacy administration operations.

Position Responsibilities:




  • Project Management: Assist in managing the full spectrum of the training lifecycle, from conceptualizing and crafting engaging content, to facilitating training sessions and assessing the program's impact





  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and effective technical training materials and resources (including user guides, video content, SOPs, etc.) that allow new users to learn the product on their own & ensure materials are updated on a regular basis





  • Facilitation: Conduct virtual and occasional in-person training sessions as needed using various methodologies to ensure optimal understanding and retention of content





  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, subject matter experts and stakeholders to create training materials and experiences tailored to different user roles and proficiency levels





  • Develop and maintain a clear understanding of enterprise software, technology, workflows, and best practices and stay informed of updates, enhancements, and new features so that they can be documented and communicated





  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, providing support, troubleshooting assistance, and answering questions





  • Assist in building out internal and external facing learning management system





  • Utilize ticketing system and processes to communicate internally and with clients



  • Responsible for adhering to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct





Minimum Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or 5 years' experience in PBM or Health Plan setting required





  • 3+ years working in a technical training role





  • PBM and/or Health Plan experience preferred





  • Medicare Part D subject matter expertise preferred





  • Track record of designing, planning, implementing, and facilitating training programs





  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills





  • Exceptional project / time management, prioritization, and organizational skills to ensure customer satisfaction/deadlines are met





  • Ability to shift between competing priorities and meet organizational goals





  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willing to adapt to software such as Jira, Miro, Confluence, and Scribe.





  • Ability to work effectively with virtual teams





  • Ability to travel 10-15%





Base Salary: $68,000 - $84,000
