A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Maintains training materials including binders, kits, jump drives and discs. Distributes training to field personnel upon request or as needed.
  • Provides stakeholders with information and/or insight on various topics to assist them with their evaluation and decision-making processes.
  • Registers participants for outside training programs.
  • Sends out and tracking assessments as well as prints reports (i.e. MBTI).
  • Tracks and sends reports and collaborates on training evaluations.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Related Associates degree or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
  • A minimum of three years of comparable experience required.

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART

  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Motivated and self starter.
  • Capable of meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
