What You'll Do



  • Assist with daily functions including but not limited to cash management and reporting, reconciliation, disbursement processes, investment, and payment controls
  • Work closely with treasury and accounting teams for administrative needs within bank portals and accounting systems
  • Act as a liaison within finance and business units for treasury services including bank account administration, integration, and new services
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with internal controls and risk prevention
  • Support the broader treasury team on projects to improve cash visibility and forecasting
  • Support the broader treasury team on projects to standardize processes, reduce risk, and create efficiency across cash and bank management
  • Support and demonstrate IMA's core values
  • Value and understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates


You Should Have



  • Minimum 2 years of treasury, finance, or banking experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related subject
  • Knowledge of disbursement processes including electronic payments, NACHA, wire, and international payments
  • Knowledge of fraud prevention best practices including payment verification, blocking tools, positive pay, and exception clearing
  • Familiarity working within bank portals, reviewing statements, and transaction research
  • Basic understanding of financial statements and how they interact with one another
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Critical thinker, able to evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Self-motivated and strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative, works well in a team environment
  • Cash forecasting experience preferred
  • Experience with ERP or TMS systems preferred
  • Insurance or banking industry experience preferred

$65,000 $80,000 USD
