Responsibilities: We are searching for a leader of our Health & Life Science executive and professional search practice to personally drive the growth of our North American search business. The VP is responsible for Business Development through researching and generating sales leads. Client Account Management by managing external communication with current and potential clients, designing and presenting solutions, negotiating pricing and contracts, and ultimately driving new business revenue for TSP. The annual base salary for this position ranges from 130 - 175K with uncapped incentive based on revenue delivered. Expected total compensation of 350 - 500K+. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
