Job Description Summary Leads and directs the Clinical Informatics team to directly support clinical and revenue cycle staff in determining system requirements, adapting clinical and revenue cycle workflows to adopt technology, understanding system functionality required to support and improve revenue cycle process including. The Clinical informatics team will require interacting and understanding the clinical processes and revenue cycle processes, understanding system functionality, understanding new features and functions introduced in new software releases, identifying and improving processes to allow capturing of all charges for services being provided, identifying testing requirements for new functionality and regression testing requirements of existing functionality, educating and communicating with staff regarding processes, auditing and reporting outcomes of the processes, and utilizing all internal and external resources in order to accomplish and sustain improvements. Roles and Responsibilities * Directs the development of policies and procedures and provides guidance on Electronic Medical Records WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Qualifications And Education Requirements * Bachelor's Degree - BSN or other clinical degree or equivalent education and experience is required.
