OSP Engineering Manager

What we're seeking: This position is responsible for managing the engineering of telecommunications outside the plant in a serving exchange environment. Subject matter expert for all technical aspects of outside plant facilities and associated work such as cable sizing, cable counts, cable records, and permitting for ROWs and easements. This position works as a lead team member with Network Planning, Central Office, Transmission, and Operations to support the growth,replacements,and upgrade of telecommunications plant facilities. This person provides frontline managing and direction for construction activities associated with outside plants. This position also supports sales, marketing, operations, and regulatory as needed. Experience in engineering fiber-to-home deployments is a requirement. In this in-person role, you will be required to report to our Sarasota, FL, work location to complete your work responsibilities.
