Principal Data Scientist at a glance

As a Principal Data Scientist you will sit within our Global Advanced Analytics team. You will help build our next generation of advanced analytics products using AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning, specifically applied to our HR and People space. We are looking for a Principal Data Scientist in our team to work closely with various business stakeholders, Product Owners, Data Scientists and Software Engineers to support building the future of People analytics and AI at Kraft Heinz. Furthermore, you will:

What's on the menu?

• Be a subject matter expert within Data Science and AI / GenAI
• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models to address key HR challenges, such as talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Identify and integrate disruptive technologies at an enterprise level (AI/ML, Automation, Optimization) focused on fundamentally transforming the way in which we operate as a company
• Serve as an integral part of the broader Global Advanced Analytics team by being an advisor and leader across AI and data science digital initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science, AI, and machine learning, particularly as they apply to the People and HR space. Apply expertise in statistical modeling, data mining, and data visualization to drive business outcomes.
• Engineer new features by using your business acumen to improve analytical models.

• I have experience with the implementation and delivery of large-scale enterprise advanced analytic models and related systems
• I have demonstrated experience with developing and deploying AI and GenAI models/products
• You have expertise in Python and/or R, and SQL and are eager to learn other languages and tools
• You are proficient in machine learning to deliver clustering, time series, classification, regression, anomaly detection, simulation, and optimization queries.
• You have an aptitude in Big Data technologies such as Snowflake or Redshift
• Familiarity with data science tools such as: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Streamlit, Power BI
• You have a working understanding of HR systems and processes
