Overview The Administrative Support III is responsible for performing a wide variety of complex clerical and administrative tasks for the Director of the Department/Division in addition to skilled interaction with parents, patients and employees. Works with highly confidential information, and under minimal supervision. support provider in clinic and the director of a clinical program in Orthopedics. Schedule: (full time, non-exempt) Monday-Friday, in-office Location: 405 Butterfly Gardens Drive Columbus, Ohio 43215

Responsibilities
Performs administrative duties for department director/chief. Receives and screens telephone calls; greets visitors; appropriately manages Outlook calendar to schedule appointments, manage meeting invites, vacation and PTO.
