The Opportunity: As the Operations Specialist, you will: Prepare warehouse transfer document. Request rework label to HQ. Pull weekly forecast data by customers. Generate weekly sales reports. Daily Pantos warehouse container receiving in GERP system. FNS and Pantos Invoice registration in Invoice Portal. Pull AR past due & chargeback summary report. Validate customer payments by purchase orders. Pull General ledger data from GERP system. Update buyer's financial information.
