Summary

Improve supply related customer satisfaction while supporting revenue and profit growth through improved run rate and pipeline forecasting and implementation of CPFR process for Business Solutions group.

Responsibilities



  • Maintain responsible channel's run rate and Pipeline (Project) forecast up to date at the models level, including NPI and EOL, with Sales Team.
  • Implement and run CPFR (Collaborative Forecasting Planning and Replenishment) processes with LG Sales Team and customers to create and audit sales forecasts and sustain proper inventory levels at each Account.
  • Own timely delivery and supply visibility of open orders through coordination with PM (PSI), OM, & Logistics.
  • Provide visibility & improvement plans for the channel's/Account's KPIs.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience in SCM or related field.
  • Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results.
  • Team oriented; proactive and action-oriented.
  • Analytical, able to transform qualitative and quantitative data into executable strategies.
  • Aptitude to define operational requirements and implement processes and systems to support those requirements.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and aptitude to learn new tools and applications quickly.
