Summary

Responsible for analyzing on time delivery data to help ensure accurate ETAs, identify issues, and drive operational improvements. Responsible for working cross functionally to help identify and execute plans to improve on time performance and reduce compliance penalty risks. Focus on National Accounts (Lowe's and Best Buy).

Responsibilities



  • Develop and update tools to monitor and track on time performance and order ETAs
  • Work with customer to update RDDs to reflect accurate ETAs
  • Identify, analyze and root cause problem areas and develop action plans for process improvement
  • Facilitate cross functional meetings to identify and execute on action plans to help drive improvements
  • Work performed impacts operational targets and customer service standards, execution of strategic initiatives and longer-term based on organization vision
  • This position will report to an Operations manager. Together, based on the analysis done, decisions will be made via consensus with customer as well as internal stakeholders to help drive operational efficiency, improved customer service levels and on time delivery, and reduced compliance penalties
  • Analyze data to monitor on time performance, ETA accuracy, root cause issues and areas of opportunity
  • Communicate and negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders to update order ETAs and drive improvements


Qualifications



  • Bachelor degree with 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, demand planning or related SCM field
  • APICS certification preferred, not required
  • Excel, MSS, OLAP/ERP, Tableau a plus
  • Strong understanding of global supply chain, transportation, and logistics
  • Strong written, verbal, and in-person communication skills required as this position interfaces with many stakeholders and customers directly
