At LG, we strive to make Life Good for Everyone. Responsibilities Responsible for over $35M per year spending and 30% of total LG US domestic volume in TX warehouse operation. Lead and manage 3PL Key Performance Indicators including establishing matrix by developing, monitoring, and analyze KPIs related to the 3PL warehouse operation, including accuracy, efficiency, on-time delivery, and inventory management. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize performance. Serve as the primary point of contact between LG Electronics and our 3PL service provider (GXO). Maintain open communication, foster a collaborative relationship, and proactively address any issues or concerns. Effectively manage daily escalations related to warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory discrepancies, and delivery delays. Work with both LG Electronics and GXO teams to resolve issues promptly and minimize disruptions. Review and validate invoices from the 3PL provider, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements. Continuous Improvement by proactively identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the 3PL warehouse operation. Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to optimize logistics and reduce costs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in Distribution is required. 5+ years of 3PL management within the electronics and appliance industry is highly preferred. Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing warehouse operations. Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
