The Opportunity:

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will apply best practices to manage HR deliverables and initiatives for our business-to-business solutions across North America. Be ready to partner across our HR Center of Excellence teams to gain insight to help you make impactful decisions relating to organizational and leadership development. Your successful background in administering succession planning activities, engagement strategies and retention initiatives within client organizations will come in handy.

As an HRBP, you will own the prevention and resolution of employee relations issues. As you execute company-wide programs and HR initiatives, you will apply decision making skills to proactively manage employee lifecycles and ensure a positive employee experience.



  • Utilize your experience in HR strategic planning to ensure effective talent programs are created and implemented.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to recommend programs to identify attrition risk, increase employee satisfaction and manage turnover.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to select, develop and evaluate new employees.
  • Lead internal investigations and provide coaching and counsel to managers and employees.
  • Collaborate with the compensation team on salary recommendations for job level changes, and internal mobility while adhering to established HR guidelines.
  • Make recommendations for the development of high-performing employees and manage employee performance improvement plans.
  • Evaluate current headcount and propose possible organizational changes to enhance business unit/division growth and/or productivity.


Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or relevant role leading programs that successfully support relevant business units, preferably including sales and marketing teams.
  • Proven background in applying effective HR decision-making applying solutions across various areas of Human Resources.
  • Experience in the areas of employee counseling and engagement, policy interpretation and equal employment opportunity programs.
  • Experience building relationships across teams and influencing change.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to create detailed presentations.
  • Well-honed business orientation and experience working closely with sales teams.
  • Technical skills (Advanced MS Office, aptitude to utilize HRIS) combined with analytical skills and experience in utilizing data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize across competing responsibilities and tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker, team- player with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree required, HR certifications a plus.
