Responsibilities

1. Process Recycling Invoices and Prepare Reports
* Invoice processing - Receive and confirm all details of recycling invoices, including price, progress towards completion of compliance goals, and follow internal process for invoicing in LG's systems (~3 days per month)
* Registration, Plan, and Reporting - Request and gather data from internal and external stakeholders to prepare documents for government submissions and buyer requests (~3 days per month)
* Industry and Informational Webinars/Calls - Attend calls/webinars, as needed, and record notes to support regulation monitoring and industry trends (~8 hours per month)
* Sales and Battery Data - Request and gather data from Planning and Product Teams, CNS to prepare annual reports; Review and confirm all required information for government submissions is accurate (~16 hours per year in January - February)
* Recycling Website - Prepare updates to LG Recycling Program website to reflect any changes to the program - collection site network, annual reporting, additional programs (~8 hours per year)
* Consumer Inquiries - Respond to consumer inquiries regrading recycling program services (~4 hours per month)

2. Process State Registration for Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act("FIFRA") regulation (5~10 hours per model)
* Prepare registration - Review the documents and fill out the applications for each state and monitor registration status
* Payment management - Make payments to state governments (new registration & renewal)and coordinate payment receipt from HQ
* Clarify registration - Related issues with state government representatives

3. Environmental compliance research
* Perform research on environmental compliance regulations upon request
* Maintain documentation for recordkeeping

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree with any fundamental compliance experience is preferred, detailed oriented is required (accuracy paramount)
* Ability to prioritize work, meet tight deadlines, and maintain flexibility with changing strategic priorities
* Ability to collaborate across functions, teams, and globally
* Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
