The Opportunity:

As a Bilingual Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the development of policies that eliminate workplace hazards, documenting workplace accidents, and investigating the causes of illnesses or injuries. You will ensure that all activities comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations impacting the organization. This bilingual role (English/Korean) involves close collaboration with relevant teams and headquarters to achieve strategic business objectives.

Qualifications:



  • Conducts investigations and prepares reports on safety-related accidents and incidents.
  • Analyzes and assists in the development of corrective action plans, ergonomic recommendations, and training programs aimed at reducing workplace injuries.
  • Delivers necessary training, drills, recordkeeping, and documentation to ensure OSHA compliance, maintaining OSHA logs in alignment with state and federal regulations.
  • Aids in the upkeep of the EHS database, recording accidents and incidents.
  • Communicates safety issues and abatement plans to upper management.
  • Undertakes any additional related duties and tasks as required.


Education / Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in environmental safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field.
  • A minimum of one year of related experience is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations and policies.
  • Proficiency in technology and equipment used for environmental inspections.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


Physical and Business Travel Requirements:



  • Ability to conduct inspections and handle equipment used in inspections.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds at a time.
  • Must be available for business travel without restrictions.
