The Opportunity:

As an S&OP Analyst at LG Magna e-Powertrain, you'll play a key role in our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our customers are satisfied. You'll manage sales targets, orders, and material supply while working closely with OEMs to resolve issues quickly. You'll also track results, keep inventory ready for delivery, and collaborate with teams to drive success. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving and making a real impact.

Responsibilities:



  • EDI check and analysis by OEMs and PSI management by OEMs
  • Set monthly sales target and try to find a best way to achieve the target
  • Issue SO and PO through internal system. Supporting additional system work for RMA
  • Managing AR and Credit line. Supporting SVC operation (temporarily)
  • Actively having discussion with OEMs to solve issue and support request.
  • Responsible for Sales & Operation Activity - Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly requirements
  • Establish robust communication channel with all Customers, facilitate S&OP Activity from LG Magna manufacturing plants to Customer
  • Supply required materials to customers through outsourced W/H
  • Adjust break point for new materials based upon new material available timing & OEM requirement
  • Apply EWO results to material supply plan
  • Provide material contingency plans as needed
  • Issue a purchase order for production MVB parts
  • Provide S&OP solution to OEM to address mismatching issues between materials & part numbers
  • Provide shipment related documents to internal and external customers as requested
  • Adjust shipment plans to OEM plants based upon material status including PPAP approval
  • Provide estimated & actual revenue to HQ
  • Join S&OP meeting with HQ to provide update on S&OP activity, Join Engineering meeting to support PM as needed
  • Overview and determine relevant material labels
  • Manage expedite orders to OEM plants, manage obsolescence with OEM plants and claim against Customer if it is valid, Reconcile CUM (shipment vs order) with OEM plants
  • Tracking & reporting results to management and working closely with the cross-functional team to maximize the business
  • Plan work for warehouses and make sure inventory is ready for delivery


Qualifications:

Required:



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years Automotive industry experience
  • Organized and detail focused in communications and process documentation
  • Ability to problem solve complex customer & supplier issues to be a part of the solution
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Working knowledge of ERP, MRP, and WMS
  • Ability to Travel up to 10% (International & Domestic)
  • Ability to work early/late hours for business meetings


Preferred:



  • Experience in manufacturing environment & OEM supply chain role (S&OP, Demand planning, Supply Planning)
  • Bilingual in Korea and English
