The Opportunity:

As the Sales Performance Analyst, you will process management of development, implementation, and tracking of Key Performing Index. You will monitor the effectiveness of existing KPIs and be able to recommend changes to both sales team and management team that are aligned with strategic objectives. In addition, you will standardize report, and organize, and present data to various levels within organization



  • Track and analyze individual, team, and division revenue and provide early warning signs of potential risks and also provide structural insight on good performance.
  • Collect relevant data from various sources within and outside organization including proprietary system and 3rd Party partners.
  • Identify and communicate with each stakeholders and resolve any pending issues to ensure payout by target dates.
  • Support database initiatives.


Qualifications:

Required:



  • Must be Bi-lingual in both Korean and English.
  • Must be proficient in Excel as well as experience data manipulation to gain deeper analytical insight.
  • Minimum 5 years of working with large sets of data.
  • Working knowledge of Tableau is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sales channel is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with minimal direction, able to produce reports aligned with management's need.
  • Need to be very organized, being able to track and show work at moment's notice.
