The Opportunity:

At LG Electronics we are dedicated to optimizing our human resources functions by leveraging cutting-edge technology and systems. We are currently seeking an experienced HRIS Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this impactful role, you will utilize your HR systems expertise to ensure data integrity and enable us to provide a best-in-class system experience to our employees. You will also partner with our HRIS team to ensure all systems are integrating effectively and can transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic HR decisions.



  • Serve as a subject matter expert on HR platforms.
  • Oversee and maintain optimal function of HR platforms, which include database management, network support, customization, development, maintenance, and updates to applications and modules.
  • Analyze and evaluate HR platforms and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various HR teams to integrate the business requirement into system solutions.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot HR platforms to ensure optimal performance.
  • Lead the implementation of new HR platforms system features and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, data structures, and processes.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff on HR platforms functionality and best practices.
  • Generate and analyze complex reports, providing insights and recommendations to the HR team and management.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR and other relevant legislation.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as the HR systems expert.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Human Resources, or related field preferred but not necessary.
  • Minimum of 7 years of success as an HRIS analyst or consultant where UKG, ADP, and/or SAP systems were your main focus.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including payroll, benefits, recruitment, performance management, and incentive programs.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or similar modules.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading HR platform implementation and upgrades.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to see the downstream impact of system changes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
