The Opportunity:

LG Electronics has an open position for a Senior Medical Sales expert in the OEM and Direct Sales marketing. We are looking for an individual who can support our consultative style of selling and help us develop business value propositions around LG Electronics Medical display products and solutions. Your account management skills, sales ability, and customer-first focus will help the team drive sales. The ideal candidate will be a creative professional who can take and give direction, work closely with our Leadership and Product Manager, and help us achieve the desired metrics and given target.



  • Master technical aspects of Medical Display Products Solutions and effectively communicate to OEM clients across Surgical, Radiology, and Medical Modalities.
  • Innovate sales, marketing, and Go-To-Market strategies for OEM opportunities, positioning our products as top solutions.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support and product education.
  • Identify and develop new accounts through targeted sales and technical meetings with team support.
  • Nurture customer relationships, gather feedback, and analyze digital channel data.
  • Collaborate with solution engineers to define optimal solutions and support R&D initiatives.
  • Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and relay insights to senior management.
  • Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Travel regionally (North America) up to 50%-90% for meetings, shows, and training.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in product connectivity and troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Provide timely reports using LG New BRM (Salesforce) for effective CRM management.


Qualifications:

Required;



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of seven years in consultative selling within the Medical Display Technology Industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Medical Imaging Display Technology, Solutions, and Eco-Systems.
  • Strong relationship management and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and idea selling abilities.
  • Excellent communication and account management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with project management solutions preferred.
  • Technical curiosity and ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and techniques, with the capacity to analyze customer requirements and offer appropriate action plans.
  • Previous pre-sales experience is advantageous.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
  • Demonstrated Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Thorough understanding of FDA and state regulations concerning medical Display products.
  • Experience with Display/device or components including Hardware, Software and Firmware is beneficial.
  • Travel up to 70%.
