JOB MISSION:

The Associate Product Manager Role will assist the Global Graphics and Speed Product Creation team with a focus on operational, data, and trend excellence. The associate role is focused on supporting the entire team, while assisting in driving the product creation process for a portion of the business, helping to ensure the on-time execution of product planning, development, and creation. Additionally, this role will support the team with a strong knowledge of the competitive market through trend research and the creation of competitor analysis reports. This role will be responsible for sample organization and management for relevant product categories to drive efficiencies and excellence.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Focus on data integrity of our PLM system/ Data Entry Style Set-up, including initial style set up and on-going management of style details and attributes (supporting all Graphics and Speed product)
  • Work cross functionally with design and development teams to maintain calendar checkpoints and deliverables
  • Sample organization and management - pulling samples on behalf of the team for Key Gate meetings / Photo shoots/ Regional needs
  • Research trend and competitive market, summarizing findings for key partners
  • Compile buy data information and share findings with teams in various formats (visual tools, excel recaps, and system pulls depending on audience)

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Passion for streetwear and fashion while understanding the consumer, market, and competitive trends
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Displays a can-do attitude, with a high level of initiative, resourcefulness, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoys working collaboratively, as part of a team and building strong working relationships
  • Experienced in Excel and PowerPoint. Exposure to PLM systems is a plus.

Flexible Work Schedule
