The accounting supervisor will report to and work directly with the Accounting Manager. The individual will have a team of direct reports and will focus on International, payroll, fixed assets, accrued expenses, prepaids, and cash.

You will:



  • Prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliations
  • Lead a team of staff and senior accountants
  • Analyze and explain financial results through the completion of monthly fluxes
  • Summarize findings and make recommendations to leadership
  • Prepare and maintain documentation to support SOX and financial statement audit requests
  • Work directly with external auditors to provide appropriate documentation and explanations for audit requests.
  • Collaborate with the broader accounting team and assist with general ledger, financial reporting, and miscellaneous accounting tasks as assigned.
  • Develop and support relationships with business partners.
  • Actively identify opportunities for process improvement or operational automation in existing system infrastructure.
  • Special Projects: We are a growing company so you will have opportunities to work on special projects


You have:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years' of accounting experience with experience as a mentor to junior team members
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • A strong sense of ownership, initiative and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Organized and thorough with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.


You have an advantage if you have:



  • CPA certification or working towards licensure.
  • Familiarity with Netsuite as an ERP.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Possess a collaborative spirit.


  • Mixture of public accounting and private industry experience.
