Position Function |
The Patient Services Representative (
PSR) will be responsible for providing support in managing patient financial accounts, scheduling appointments, and other clinical and administrative tasks to ensure a quality patient experience. This position is part-time at approximately 20 hours per week. |
Minimum Education |
Eighteen months of specialized training or education beyond high school or equivalent amount of related experience. |
Minimum Experience |
One year of office support experience. |
Minimum Other |
Proficiency in using computer systems and software. |
Authorization to work in the US |
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship. |
Preferred Education |
Associate degree or equivalent. |
Preferred Experience |
- Previous experience in healthcare administration.
- Experience managing patient account balances and health insurance claims processing.

- Proficiency in using computer systems and software including electronic health records (EHR) and/or electronic medical records (EMR).
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
