WHAT TO EXPECT
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and collaborative individuals to join our global team. Located in our Poplar Bluff office, you will be an Operations Manager.
  • You will report directly to the Plant Manager and is responsible for the overall business and operational activities of the facility.
  • You'll be managing a team of three shifts with approximately 300 employees.
Key responsibilities (to name a few):
  • Planning, directing, and coordinating the manufacturing of products in compliance with company goals and objectives;
  • Responsible for supervising a variety of supervisory and support staff personnel;
  • Participates in high performance teams as needed to meet business objectives;
  • Responsible for preparation of forecasts and analyses of data, including but not limited to labor, material, orders, scrap, production efficiency, cost reductions and quality of the product;
  • Maintaining proper employment levels through effective selection, interviewing and training of personnel;
  • Support management reporting, including but not limited to the following activities: review and approve statutory reporting; prepare and enter actual results, creating variance and headcount analysis; prepare, review and finalize financial results as required, and entering and/or reviewing Oracle data;
  • Other tasks or duties as assigned.
ABOUT YOU
  • 8 years specific managerial/leadership experience in a production setting.
  • 5 years demonstrated experience in operations, materials management, safety and environmental and lean manufacturing techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
