FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm, plus on-call

Position Summary

The Manager of Program Development & Service Delivery is responsible for program development, continual enhancement of service delivery, clinical oversight, staff management, financial administration, regulatory compliance consistent with MHS values and mission. The Manager's accountabilities also include program implementation, evaluation/monitoring in addition to creating an environment of hope, safety, enthusiasm, compassion and recovery and serving as serving as Involuntary Treatment ACT (ITA) court evaluator and/or court/ITA coordinator, as needed. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.

Requirements


  • Master's degree
  • Mental Health Professional, as defined by WAC, with current licensure as Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW); candidates with current Social Worker Associate Independent Clinical Licensure (SAICL) may be considered provided they obtain their LICSW within one (1) year of hire into the position
  • Minimum seven (7) years of clinical experience working in a mental/behavioral health capacity serving children, adolescent and/ or adults
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a supervisory and lead roles; healthcare leadership a plus
  • Knowledge of Involuntary Treatment Act WAC and ITA court experience preferred
  • Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum education and experience qualifications

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $99,549.00 - $143,229.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
