As a Business Program Manager - Sales Planning and Execution, you will play a critical role in aligning our global sales strategy and model with pipeline execution and outlook each fiscal, ensuring that the needs of our Field sales organization are in harmony with the business objectives and strategy of the corporate leadership team. You will collaborate across the organization, and in connection with Microsoft teams and other stakeholders, to define and map our offerings to the broader Microsoft portfolio and track pipeline generation and success throughout the year. Tracking and modeling sales trends, you will learn about the consulting business and help influence sales initiatives and contests to drive incremental pipeline generation and define future sales strategies. Throughout your role, you will also learn to craft a global sales strategy and offering model across different product verticals, industries and geographies to support and drive fiscal planning and execution. ResponsibilitiesYou will use your understanding of the organization's strategy and deliverables for the upcoming year(s) to implement a product offerings portfolio into our sales strategy, aligning it to fiscal revenue projections. This will require attention to detail and close collaboration with product owners to create a revenue taxonomy that integrates our product offerings across all internal sales systems to support tracking and reporting. You will use short and/or long-term forecasting plans built in collaboration with the leadership team, you will contribute to identification of actions that can course-correct and drive performance improvement in-year. To stay competitive, you will perform quarterly pipeline analysis and examine global sales trends in collaboration with the Regional and Field sales teams. You will also identify opportunities to develop and improve sales pipeline and help define programs to accelerate pipeline during the fiscal quarter. With minimal coaching, you will work with cross-functional stakeholders to support sales workshops from initiation to delivery. You will also track success criteria and performance metrics of these workshops and their impact on sales pipeline win rates. You will support execution on a landing and change management plan, integrating the product offering revenue taxonomy with sales deliverables to clearly define the seller portfolio and sales experience. This will require cross-Microsoft collaboration to ensure alignment with the broader Microsoft fiscal strategy. As you contribute to or lead a portfolio of projects, you'll communicate the program status and risk to stakeholders, and hold them accountable to following the schedule.
