The Microsoft Gaming CEO office is a multi-functional team that supports the CEO, Microsoft Gaming, including internal communications, executive speaking opportunities, and strategic business initiatives. We support and empower leaders and teams across the Gaming organization to do their best work. As a Senior Visual Communications Manager, you will lead the visual design of events and communications for the Gaming CEO office, including PowerPoint presentations, digital signage, and overall internal branding for leaders. Your work will be seen at all-team events, newsletters, executive social media, speaking engagements, and more. This is an exciting time for Microsoft Gaming, and this role will have the opportunity to see across the Gaming business and shape how we present ourselves. ResponsibilitiesYou will collaborate with others to lead production of visual communications materials and tactics.You will develop a visual communications strategy through thought leadership initiatives, ensuring a consistent voice for leaders and a consistent look and feel for programs across channels and mediums.You will use data and insights to develop visual storytelling opportunities, as well as determine which metrics to evaluate to determine impact and iterate for greater success.You will work with stakeholders to execute visual communications, as well as manage and refine expectations and priorities. You'll anticipate and respond to visual factors that impact our reputation.Embody our Culture and Values
