Under general supervision of the IT Ancillary Services Manager, is responsible for the organization and management of IT projects, including both In-Patient and Ambulatory areas. Focuses on leading and/or assisting in the planning, designing, implementation, and introduction of projects for new systems and technologies for the Organization. Requires project documentation and interaction with Organization leadership where needed.
Education
- Degree or certification preferred in IT or project management
Experience
- 4 years' experience preferred in IT technical project management.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinates IT projects and Manages the planning and implementation of projects including design and testing phases
- Ensures organization resources are used appropriately
- Establishes and monitors program priorities, objectives, and processes determining resource allocation where needed
- Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, and resolves technical problems
- Identifies project scope and analyzes technical system needs, requirements and risks
- Manages and coordinates individual project meetings with customers to ensure accurate project execution
- Communicate with team members to ensure maximum efficiency and optimal strategy
- Serves as a subject matter expert on topics such as hardware and software where needed
- Coordinates with Client Support and other IT and non IT teams and departments where needed to ensure project completion

Pay Range $64,551.75 - $109,737.97
Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience and alignment with our organizational needs.
