Food Service Worker

Retail

Day Shift

Responsible for providing prompt, courteous service to customers in the Food Court. Responsible for handling money for each meal. Responsible for maintaining an organized, clean, safe and sanitary area to serve food at all times.

Job Duties:

• Demonstrates knowledge of recipe standards production and quality food standards in service to retail customers.
• Responsible for providing helpful and courteous service in a timely manner. Accurately collects monies and makes correct change.
• Responsible for keeping equipment and serving area clean and sanitized.
• Communicates and works appropriately with manager and other department personnel.
• Adheres to HACCP guidelines to ensure efficient, safe and sanitary food production and equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

• Must have ability to read, write, and follow written or verbal instructions.
• Must be willing and able to perform routine repetitive tasks daily.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods.

Preferred Requirements:

• Previous food service experience is desired.
• Money handling experience is preferred.
