You are responsible for leading complex planning and integrated timeline development for a portfolio of high priority, cross functional, strategic priorities and programs which requires the ability to prioritize requirements and connect disparate initiatives and activities via a holistic lens.
What you will do:
- You'll serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, division managers, and senior staff to transform strategies into operational plans with practical needs and those practical needs into technical and/or business requirements.
- Leverage outcomes and knowledge of Project Management Principles, Process, and Methodologies to solve problems in innovative ways, creating measurable and actionable outcomes, and informing your larger initiative implementation plan.
- Influence senior counterparts without direct authority to seamlessly align cross-functional stakeholders in important initiatives with tradeoffs and dependencies to achieve project goals.
- Fill in gaps in other parts of the business when there are short-term vacancies or a lack of relevant skills or capacity.
- Create simple, compelling, data-driven materials and narratives to enable action among senior management, including status reporting, talking points and other key deliverables; draft and create content that is visually appealing and clearly articulates themes, strategy, and messages.
- Provide support to enterprise project management group to ensure design, coordination, and execution of cross-functional initiatives, including interdependencies between key businesses, technology, and operational processes (e.g. vendor engagements, technology solutions, re-engineering business processes).
- Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, change management, program management, or experience managing large-scale organization/business change across matrixed organizations.
- Strong knowledge and experience with project/program management methodologies.
- Executive level communication with the ability to influence.
- Ability to creatively solution across a portfolio of initiatives.
- Prior experience implementing business solutions for a subscription management-oriented business.
