Job Summary




The Program Support Administrator (PSA) will provide direct support to the Program Director in executing day-to-day program activities and assist in monitoring and tracking program schedule, cost, and scope. The PSA will interact with all stakeholders involved in the program, internal and external, to track activities and provide feedback to the Program Director.




Essential Duties and Responsibilities





  • Assists in program planning and execution
  • Coordinates and collaborates with other departments to ensure implementation of program initiatives
  • Organizes and conducts meetings with internal and external customers/stakeholders
  • Participates in program reviews and planning meetings
  • Creates and maintains multiple tracking tools (spreadsheets) for various aspects of the program
  • Prioritizes and tracks detailed plans to meet competing deadlines for multiple projects with varying requirements
  • Performs minor administrative support and takes notes/actions during meetings
  • Understands program technical details and assists in uncovering and assessing risks

Education and Experience





  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of project management support experience.
  • Current CAPM (PMI) certification preferred.

  • Demonstrated organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and on a team.
  • Experience entering data and navigating database systems.
  • Must be able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with MRP systems a plus.
