Description Exciting Opportunity: Warehouse Manager Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for efficiency and organization? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at managing teams? We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our growing company! About the Role As our Warehouse Manager, you'll be at the helm of a 200,000+ sq. ft. facility, overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations. You'll lead a team of 30+ employees, ensuring smooth shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities - Manage and optimize warehouse layout, considering safety, stock turns, and efficiency - Lead, train, and motivate a diverse warehouse team - Oversee shipping and receiving of finished goods and raw materials - Conduct and reconcile periodic inventories - Implement and maintain safety programs, ensuring OSHA compliance - Drive process improvements and standardize procedures - Manage expenses and negotiate with vendors - Participate in team initiatives and support cross-functional collaboration Qualifications - 5+ years of Warehouse and/or Production Supervision/Management experience - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills - Experience with inventory management systems and RF/Bar Code technology - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills - Bachelor's degree strongly preferred What We Offer - Competitive salary commensurate with experience - Opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing organization - Professional development and growth opportunities - Dynamic and collaborative work environment If you're ready to take your warehouse management career to the next level, we want to hear from you!
