The University of Virginia's (UVA) Faculty and Employee Assistance Program (FEAP) is growing and has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Faculty and Employee Assistance Program Consultant. FEAP offers quality, professional, and comprehensive employee assistance services, tailored to individual needs. FEAP Consultants provide expert consultation and training for organizational leadership seeking to manage employee needs, enhance the work environment, and improve workplace communication and performance. FEAP Consultants work with faculty, staff and their adult family members to address both personal and professional concerns in a variety of areas including stress, emotional and physical health, relationships, substance misuse and more, that may affect job performance. Services include: organizational consultation to Employee Assistance Program (EAP) accounts, developing program awareness and education activities, clinical assessment, intervention and referral, crisis intervention, establishing community linkages, and case management. The Consultant is responsible for maintaining EAP accounts. The anticipated hiring range for this position is $66,000.00 - 80,000.00 commensurate with qualifications and experience. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Experience with critical incident response, short-term, focused mental health interventions and trauma recovery preferred.
