Summary

The MIL Corporation seeks a Security Provisioning and Internal Controls Analyst (Business Analysis, Senior Analyst) to support a Federal Government client at our Arlington, VA location. The Security Provisioning and Internal Controls Analyst will work in cooperation with the Global Financial Service Support (GFSS) Security team for the Global Financial Management System (GFMS).

This position currently requires a hybrid schedule with a requirement to be on-site weekly on Monday and Wednesday. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.

Responsibilities



  • Provision user accounts and update security controls for the Department's financial systems
  • Reconcile user access with documented request forms
  • Analyze and maintain supporting documentation for separation of duties
  • Monitor financial systems daily and respond to security or usability issues (Helpdesk Support)
  • Perform annual account certification of security access
  • Perform logging and monitoring of security access
  • Provide customer service to agency user community related to systems security
  • Review application logs
  • Assist in preparation of required data for the annual IT audit

Required Qualifications



  • 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Must be customer focused and possess the ability to identify issues, analyze, and interpret data and develop solutions to user problems
  • Must demonstrate a strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skill set to accurately document, report, and present findings
  • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to effectively interface with all levels of employees
  • Experience working within a dynamic team environment
  • Must have the ability to adjust to the fast paced and high volume of work environment
  • Must be flexible as work requirements shift (on-call, work weekends, and extended hours)

  • Experience with Momentum Financials or other federal financial system

Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $95,000 - $105,000 per year.
