As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk at StandardAero Augusta, you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of incoming and outgoing aircraft parts. Your primary responsibilities will include inspecting incoming shipments, ensuring compliance with purchase orders, and handling material efficiently and safely.

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct visual inspections of all incoming products for compliance with purchase orders and established policies.
  • Verify that purchased products are sourced from approved vendors and direct them to the appropriate inspection area.
  • Identify materials requiring inspection using the Check for Acceptance (CFA) process.
  • Research and reconcile discrepancies noted during cycle counts, completing discrepancy reports and entering data into the computer system.
  • Segregate non-conforming materials to prevent inadvertent use and communicate issues with relevant departments.
  • Clean incoming trays and organize engine container yards for cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Prepare aircraft engine containers for shipment and install engines into transport containers.
  • Operate forklifts safely to transport aircraft engines, materials, and maintenance equipment between plants.
  • Utilize the production management computer system for receipts, transfers, returns, cycle counts, and other inventory management tasks.
  • Stock consumables and parts on warehouse shelving and arrange parts into kits according to OEM parts manuals.
  • Complete necessary documentation for credit and export compliance, vendor returns, and shipping of parts.


Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid class 5 driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Availability to work 2nd or 3rd shift, and weekends (monthly).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Warehouse/Inventory Management software
  • Forklift operator certification.
  • Class 5 driver's license
  • Familiarity with material handling, inventory controls, and warehousing procedures.
  • Experience working with WHMIS requirements and hazardous goods handling.
