For more information, visit www.hmhco.com Remote: This position may be performed from any state in the U.S. Intellectual Property (IP) Creation Specialist What you'll do: The Intellectual Property (IP) Creation Specialist is responsible for commissioning, creating or modifying art, maps, and technical art for projects that resonate with a diverse audience and highlight the organization's commitment to equity and inclusion across various disciplines and grade levels. This role includes all technical requirements for creating illustrative digital art. It will also include evaluation and selection of appropriate illustrators for projects. This role supports IP Leads and Specialists in cultivation of favorable working relationships across internal teams, artists, and illustrators (and their representatives), supports collaborating and negotiating with cross-functional groups, and participates in content planning and scoping, monitors budgets, engages with partners, ensures quality standards are met, and adheres to compliance and schedule guidelines.
