Education: Bachelor's degree required, in subject related to Packaging Development.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in New Product Development, demonstrating a strong understanding of bottling processes and dry goods manufacturing. Experience with capital planning, project management, and financial management. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of packaging materials and processes. Good knowledge of bottling production and dry goods components. Strong data management experience Key Competencies: Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams at all levels. Passion for delivering premium brand execution.
