Registered Nurse - Adult Infusion Cancer Center Infusion Full Time 81502BR Job Summary The Adult Infusion Centers at Mt. Zion and Mission Bay service the Medical Oncology population at UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center as well as any non-oncology infusion needs of patients at UCSF. The treatments include but are not limited to chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy, blood transfusions, hydration and electrolyte therapy, injections and blood draws, enzymes and iron infusions, and antibiotics. The centers collectively consist of over 100 chairs/beds and treatments include research and standard of care infusions. The infusion centers are staffed by Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, and Practice Coordinators. The start at 8:00am, weekend work and evening shifts required on a rotation basis. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $84.78 - $109.85 (Hourly Rate). The NCI-Designation recognizes the scientific leadership, resources, and the depth and breadth of the research in basic, clinical and population science. As a Comprehensive Cancer Center, we demonstrate the added depth and breadth of research as well as substantial transdisciplinary research that bridges these scientific areas. The clinical services encompass adult and pediatric tumors across three campuses as well as regional satellite locations. The clinical cancer program is one of the largest clinical services at UCSF Medical Center and encompasses roughly 230 non-physician FTEs, 90+ cost center, and dozens of grant and philanthropic funding sources.
