Department:COM | IDHI eLink FCCDepartment's Website: Summary of Job Duties:The Senior Project Manager provides outreach, project management, e-Link membership management, and facilitation through planning, participation, and communication among all participating agencies and among e-Link team members. S/He also provides assistance with IDHI databases, project management tools, technology (applications) reporting tools. This position will work closely with the Assistant e-Link Director of IDHI for the responsibility of supporting and monitoring e-Link Network member sites, outreach initiatives. This position maintains project task lists and keeps project plans up-to-date. The Senior Program Manager will ensure timely communication with the Assistant e-Link Director and other Senior Program Managers and co-workers regarding e-Link changes that have the potential to impact other teams, systems, healthcare markets. The Senior Program Manager will communicate policy changes as well as system changes that will impact UAMS e-Link team members and e-link customers. Position requires some in/out of state travel. This position will oversee the regional management and coordination of e-Link Network, a statewide technology effort. The Senior Program Manager works with IDHI e-Link serving as a coordinator of specified e-Link program initiatives. This position will be directly responsible for project/program implementation coordinating with vendors and site representatives for installation of lines, equipment, training, and marketing. Reports to the Assistant Director of e-Link and prepares reports for project status for granting purposes, coordinates e-Link team work flows for grant and/or contract projects.
