Description

Alfred Williams & Company is looking for an energetic and positive self-starter to take on the role of Studio Lead in our fast-paced organization. This position is essential to creating a seamless, curated experience for both clients and employees within our studio. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and deeply passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and client engagement. At Alfred Williams & Company, hospitality and client care are at the core of everything we do. As a Studio Lead, you will be entrusted with cultivating an environment that makes every guest feel thoughtfully considered, warmly welcomed and truly valued.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Client Experience: Curate and deliver a personalized and thoughtful hospitality experience for Studio visitors, collaborating with sales and design teams to plan and execute meetings, tours, and events.
  • Main Studio Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for all Studio visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and cared for throughout their visit.
  • Studio and Event Coordination: Manage the Studio's daily schedule and coordinate events and activities with the Market President and Marketing Lead. Responsibilities include room set-up, catering orders, client gifts, hosting, and event clean-up.
  • Executive Support: Provide administrative support to executives, including managing travel arrangements, reservations, and calendar coordination.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle general administrative tasks such as light order entry, reviewing vendor acknowledgments for accuracy, and electronic filing.
  • Team Support: Assist the Customer Administrator team with routine tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.



Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Dependability: A high level of dependability and the ability to adapt to changing environments are essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Hospitality Focus: A passion for hospitality, creating memorable client experiences, and a detail-oriented approach to planning and execution.
  • Organizational skills that allow for coordinating multiple projects
  • Proficient in Outlook and Excel
