Are you an administrative wizard? May Institute's Corporate team is looking for you! We are hiring an Administrative Assistant who will be a critical partner in ensuring our team's continued success.

We're looking for a talented administrator collaborate with internal and external partners, juggle competing tasks and add a dash of creativity into their daily tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving puzzles, and high-five yourself when you complete a task, then you're exactly who we're looking for! Your Role in Action



  • Maintain and organize data in to ensure accurate reporting and tracking
  • Answers phone, forwards calls, and takes messages as needed
  • Greets visitors and directs them as appropriate
  • Prepare outgoing mailings, including certified mail and overnight packages
  • Makes photocopies and transmits faxes as requested
  • Maintain the conference rooms calendars, prepares meeting room, and orders food accordingly
  • Updates all phone directories on a regular basis
  • Records the overnight call-in data and transmits faxes as requested
  • Ensures that all office equipment is in working condition
  • Track, order and distribute office supplies and beverage supplies


Your Skills and Talents



  • 2+ years experience working in an administrative capacity
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Digital native proficiency
  • Moderate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Teams and Word
  • Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Impeccable time management while managing competing priorities
  • Relentless attention to detail
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, Constant Contact, content management systems, and social media management is a huge plus
