We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analytics and Insights Specialist to lead data-driven initiatives and provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analysis techniques, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to transform complex datasets into meaningful business insights. This role will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to drive data-driven strategies that improve performance, optimize operations, and identify growth opportunities. Role Overview: In this role you will report to the Chief Operating Officer of the Service Experience Value Stream to help set the stage for a more data driven strategy and lead plans for execution. You will partner with business leaders in Digital and Service Operations to help identify opportunities and make sound business decisions. You will manage data analyst resources that are assigned to support the Service Experience team to ensure they deliver the optimal outputs to drive out business strategies. You will partner with Technology to understand the data landscape at New York Life to determine optimal approach for data access. You will also partner with other data leads across the 6 Value Streams of the Foundational Business. What You'll Do: * Proactively introduce and socialize strategies that generate sustainable long-term success grounded on data analytics and look for enterprise wide opportunities * Bachelor's in a quantitative field (Business, Math/ Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar); Master's degree preferred Pay Transparency Salary Range:$117,500-$200,000 Overtime eligible:Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
