JOB SUMMARY The Employee Services Center Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support of Charter's Onboarding systems and other HR technology platforms. This position includes gathering and documenting requirements, conducting analysis, and assisting with updating the Onboarding systems' content and functionality. The Analyst is also responsible for creating test scripts for Charter and vendor systems, executing testing, and working with the development team to troubleshoot issues. This position will engage with the HR Technology team, vendor resources, and internal key stakeholders. The Analyst will report to the Employee Services Center Manager.
