Completes medication passes and treatment schedules to ensure that medications are being administered as ordered and that treatments are provided as scheduled; informs resident or responsible party of the benefits & side effects of medications & treatments, along with essential functions below. Provide oversight and direction to MedTech's and Personal Care Aides.

• Current LPN or RN licensure in the State of Delaware.
• General working knowledge of the aging services industry.
• Proven supervisory and leadership skills
