In this highly visible role, you will proactively identify opportunities to deliver mobile growth through gross adds. The primary focus will be on accelerating postpaid migrations from our Value base. Additionally, based on the needs of the business, this role will also flex into supporting select product launches and into the Mobile + Home space given the opportunity of Value propensed customers with our Home products. You will formulate strategies and carry them through execution and beyond to retrospective, post-promo analysis, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Design targeting, segmentation and promo strategies which will enable the business to deliver messages which are prioritized, personalized, and simultaneously beneficial to the customer and VZW. Execute these strategies by leading peers from other functional work groups, including (but not limited to): Business Intelligence, Marketing Communications, Martech, Performance Management, Finance, Legal, IT, Market Leadership, and Product Marketing. Evolve these strategies to keep up with ever changing business and customer needs as well as improving effectiveness and efficiency. Drive bottom up data driven recommendations as well as adapt to top down requirements from executive leadership. Responsibilities include:

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances. If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $130,000.00 and $241,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. |
