Position Summary

The Major Account Manager, New Business will be responsible for bringing in new, incremental business and partnerships to Kraft Heinz. This position will gain broad experience with emerging customers, cross functional collaboration, and marketing initiatives. Success in this role requires a "hunter" mentality and a desire to push the boundaries. This person will take ownership of their results and deliver against challenging targets that will drive future business growth across all Away From Home channels.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Aggressively hunt and secure new business across multiple channels and geographies
  • Drive cross collaboration with finance, marketing, omnichannel, & culinary to develop and execute best-in-class strategies for customer acquisition and retention
  • Deliver profitable sales pipeline
  • Move with speed and agility to drive conversion of opportunities
  • Negotiate high level partnership/marketing agreements with customers to maximize value for Kraft Heinz Company
  • RFP and contract negotiation
  • Development of selling stories based on insights and analytic data

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, multi-channel marketing, product management, brand management; Foodservice experience a plus but not required
  • Strong numerical and analytical skill set with ability to interpret quantitative data and perform detailed trend analysis utilizing raw volume data
  • Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively across many functions
  • Ability to handle simultaneous projects and deliver challenging targets with a sense of urgency
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Location(s)Employee's Home - Geo Base Salary Range: $85,400.00 - $106,800.00 Target Total Cash Range: $106,750.00 - $133,500.00 Target total cash represents this role's annualized cash earning potential at target (base salary + target bonus). Target total cash is contingent on targeted company performance achievement and individual attainment of performance goals. Therefore, target total cash is not guaranteed earnings. The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
