Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management to spearhead the creation and execution of our Organizational Change Management (OCM) function. This high-impact role requires a strategic leader who can develop and implement a comprehensive organizational change management strategy, encompassing all levels of change within our global organization. While building out this function, the leader will need to both plan and execute plans for select initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth transitions during periods of change, improving employee adoption and usage, and minimizing resistance. As needs arise, this leader will participate in broader learning & development efforts as a member of the Global Learning & Development Team. The Senior Manager will also serve as an advisor to the HR and Enterprise Leaders on the impacts of change on our Associates and recommend strategies to reduce any negative impacts. This position will be Hybrid from our Niles, IL (Chicagoland) Corporate Headquarters. Responsibilities
Develop and execute a global OCM strategy aligned with organizational goals. Ensure a structured approach to change management and consistent implementation across all initiatives
