Overview

SUMMER 2025

Shure offers a challenging, fun and rewarding summer internship program. The twelve-week program is offered to undergraduate and graduate students. We offer internships with a variety of work arrangements from onsite interns to fully remote in US. Each intern will receive a competitive salary. Applications will be collected, reviewed, and selected candidates will be contacted in late fall/early winter.

The Supply Chain Analyst Intern will be responsible for supporting the project manager or lead business analyst in various project-related tasks such as tracking progress, coordinating meetings, and preparing project reports. Intern will support activities related to Operations improvement and will be working for Purchasing Systems Team. Other activities can include the following:

Responsibilities

    Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to business operations, supplier studies, manufacturing process and other relevant factors. Use tools like Excel, data visualization software, and databases to draw insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for projects, processes, or systems. This involves conducting interviews, surveys, and process maps to understand business needs.
  • Map out operation processes to identify current state, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Propose recommendations for optimizing processes to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Examine workflow and utilize analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and streamline business processes.
  • Provide support for collecting complete data sets as input for development of ERP procurement solutions and support ERP transformation to SAP S4 HANA.


Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in MIS Management Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business.
  • Knowledge and understanding of ERP system - SAP preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Data Mapping, Mining and Modeling; and database management
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite, exposure to business visualization tools and experience with data querying.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a keen willingness to learn new concepts and skills.
  • Initiative-taking, collaborator, and detail oriented
  • Professional attitude and outlook
  • Self-direction and independence

PAY TRANSPARENCY

Modeled by extensive market analysis and economic best practices, Shure offers competitive intern compensation that is reviewed and adjusted annually by our Total Rewards Team to attract, hire, and retain the industry's top intern talent. Each internship has an hourly rate which varies from $21-$40 per hour based on job function (Engineering, IT, Business, etc) and year completed in school (Junior, Masters 2nd year, PHD, etc).
