Job Description General Summary: The Facilities Engineering Senior Specialist is an important member of the Global Engineering and Capital Project Management team. The position provides science-centric facility, equipment, and utility engineering expertise to all global sites with primary focus on GMP manufacturing sites and secondary focus on R&D lab and office sites. This role will involve in various aspects of facility- and infrastructure-focused engineering efforts for existing and new facilities, from conceptual to detailed design, during construction, startup, testing, and commissioning, qualification, and validation, and throughout the on-going operations of the facilities as required. The role also will assist leadership with the creation and execution of engineering management processes, facility design guidelines, policies and standard operating procedures, energy resource reduction efforts, and pursuing other opportunities to further the value-add proposition of the Global Engineering team.
